hi, We had a recent AC unit in our server room. Our secondary unit was not quite enough and caused a cascade of issues. We are looking at augmenting / replacing our existing equipment. The UPS is reportine a real load of 9.4KW; I\ve seen this as high as 10.2KW. I used a Watt / BTU converter and came up with 32095.603927368. Does this seem right? If so, it looks like I need around 3 tons of cooling capacity. What are my options for the primary / secondary cooling in this situation? Our primary unit is supposedly 5 tons and the secondary is 4 tons; what am I missing? Should not 4/5 tons be enough? Please help. I did not find the right solution from the Internet.
